Job Description Summary

Plan and coordinate the administrative operations of Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services to include formulating policies, managing daily financial operations, human resource activities and coordination of the financial aspects of fundraising events. Participates in the planning and coordination of human resource activities such as employee compensation and benefits, recruitment, and orientation. Plan and coordinate financial operations such as recordkeeping, grant reporting, payroll, accounts receivables and payables and other office support services.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor degree in business, Accounting or similar degree
  • At least 2 years experience in a non-profit environment and with non-profit financial reporting or equivalent
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to handle multi-tasking and crisis situations
  • Required proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Access
  • Understanding of statistic calculation to include basic math and manual calculations of information
  • Must be able to work in an environment in which there are numerous distractions
  • Must be accurate and detail oriented
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain records and uphold confidentiality policies

  • Valid driver's license, car and adequate insurance required
