24-Hour Helpline
Each year, Christine Ann responds to over 11,000 emergency calls and requests for information throughout Winnebago and Green Lake Counties and surrounding areas. Through the 24-Hour Helpline, the agency supports clients with crisis advocacy as well as referrals for women, men and children.
The Helpline is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can be accessed by both voice and TTY-assistive devices for the hearing impaired. Caller ID information is not monitored, allowing callers to maintain their anonymity if they wish.
