Working Together to Educate Our Community
We are proud to be part of this community and are committed to doing our part to make it safer for all. We work to make sure everyone is aware of the issue of domestic abuse and how they can be part of the solution by:
- Providing presentations and training for local businesses, organizations, and faith groups – free of charge.
- Hosting informational booths at community events.
- Hosting an annual night of remembrance for victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence called Take Back the Night.
- Hosting tours of our shelter facility and description of services – which are open to the community.
